In the event any service stops working, alarms are sent to technical staff by text messages and email to enable us to get that service back on line quickly. This includes the websites and associated databases if applicable, allowing us to restore your site to proper working order quickly. Hackers have programs that automatically check for vulnerabilities or open ports on a server in an effort to cause a denial of service or other such mischief. If an access point is identified, your site could be modified, defaced, or even taken off line. All servers are firewall protected to prevent hacking and defacing and port scanning attempts.
