| I Can't See My Website Is The Server Down?
Our network and servers are continuously monitored for system health by our monitoring server. In the event any service stops working, alarms are sent to technical staff by text messages and email to enable us to get that service back on line quickly. If your site is down, we usually are working on getting it back on-line. So please follow the steps outlined here.
First, Make Sure You're Online.
Going to the usual sites may not prove much as your browser settings may have your commonly visited pages cached and therefore; you might not have to be online to view those pages.
Going to sites you never or rarely visit may indicate problems of being online as well.
Other areas to check (especially if your system just went through an automatic update) is to check your browser security settings to see if they have changed.
Installing anti-virus/firewall software on your system has been known to cause havoc with computers. The software default setting is to protect the computer and doesn't really care about your browsing habits. So be sure to read the documentation of that software and set it to your comfort level.
